Pathlight Day Program is a specialized day program designed for adults with disabilities. Our goal is to create a safe, engaging, and supportive space where participants can take part in recreational activities, develop social connections, and enjoy structured daily schedules tailored to their needs.
Our program features:
A spacious activity area where they can learn skills and share their talents
A dedicated Snoezelen room, offering a controlled sensory experience to promote relaxation and engagement
A computer and TV area that welcomes participants into a comfortable and inviting space
A safe space where outdoor activities can be conducted
An RPN who will be available on-site everyday
What you can expect:
Educational activities
Our program offers activities to help enhance mental skills such as book reading, counting exercises, puzzles, and calendar review. We also offer activities that teach life skills such as daily chores.
Arts, crafts and recreation
Pathlight provides individuals with opportunities to have fun and be creative with activities like painting, collages, and music and dance. Recreational activities like board games and movies are also available.
Group outings
There’s always something new to anticipate every month at Pathlight. Scheduled group outings to parks, community centres, and occasional trips to the zoo or aquarium ensure lots of fun times.

This is a discounted version of our regular program. For a very low one-time registration fee, participants will be able to attend any Sunday program for that month.

The program will run from 9am to 2pm every Sunday except for long weekends. It will include scheduled activities and lunch time to enjoy the meal they brought from home.

Anybody can join the Sunday program. This is our way of giving back to the community and ensuring that more people can access our services. Parents are welcome to join the activities too.

Pathlight provides disabled individuals with an environment where they can discover their capabilities and gain fulfillment when they take part in our activities.
We build a sense of community.
We provide plenty of opportunities for socialization throughout the day, whether it's during group activities, special events, or group outings. Having a familiar set of faces to look forward to in terms of staff members and fellow participants will help to build lasting relationships.
